How is it different from a company and a conventional partnership? Are there real differences between them? We will be discussing the characteristics of a LLP, company and a conventional partnership during this session.

Cassandra Lee, a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation department, holds an LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Cardiff, U.K. She was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) in 2011 and to the Malaysian Bar in 2012.
Cassandra practices dispute resolution in a broad range of areas, including bankruptcy & insolvency, contractual disputes, corporate & commercial litigation, estate & probate claims, shareholders disputes, and trusts. She has represented both corporate and private individuals in all levels of Malaysian courts, and is experienced in handling a variety of contentious probate matters.
Throughout her practice, Cassandra strived not only to provide legal solutions, but practical and holistic solutions to clients. She is a passionate legal practitioner and firmly believes in the importance of understanding the underlying emotions and history in every dispute that comes her way.
