Joint Venture with KC on a subscription model producing live webinar for entrepreneurs and business community on weekly basis.

2016 - The introduction of the new Companies Bill webinar by Ms Mah Li Chen (MAICSA Chartered Secretary) inspired and triggered the pivot to switch from conducting webinars to entrepreneurs and business communities to conducting webinars for professional communities such as company secretaries, accountants, auditors, tax agents, legal professionals, sales professionals in the financial industry etc. 

2018 - started Malaysia’s first live webinar and online training on MBRS (Malaysia Business Reporting System), jointly organized by SSM and Baker Tilly MH Consulting Sdn Bhd.

Learnabee was incorporated to provide cheaper than Roti Canai live webinars, online training and subscription based support groups to professional communities.

2021 started Malaysia’s first financial literacy live webinar and online training focusing on due diligence & data analysis based on primary & authoritative data sources (SSM, eKehakiman, CTOS etc) before putting hard earned money in any financial products (example preference shares or trust investment.) 

2022 Harassed & threatened by unknown parties

Sued by a trustee company. KL HC suit no.: WA-22NCVC-393-07/2022. It is NOT a defamation suit.

Stopped live webinar and online training work.

Feb 2024 Full & Final Settlement of the lawsuit filed by the trustee company. 

My genuine intention is to provide proper due diligence & data analysis online education to protect the rakyat’s hard earned money. I am not doing the education for any personal gain but purely to protect public interest.

The 3 years journey of protecting public interest from 2021 until 2024 has left me broken & broke ... 

•  Emotionally torn: Lonely, Vulnerable, Depressed
•  Financially in huge debt: Legal Fees, Cost and Fine etc. Million-ringgit debt.

I choose not to do any crowdfunding.

I am at the Rock Bottom and Lowest Point in my life.

I was seriously traumatized & severely broken into pieces.

Beginning of Mar 2024 - I was always low in energy and constantly falling sick.

Besides broken (mind, body, spirit & soul), situation went worse as I was also broke financially and heavily in million-ringgit debt.

End of Mar 2024 - I am not exposed to corporate or business world, so the only way to pay back the million-ringgit debt is to go back and start from scratch the one and only thing I knew - live webinar & online education..

After 2 years stop working, it was tough figuring out how to jump start again.

I was lost, depressed & no confidence.

By accident, I bumped into a senior lawyer, Philip Koh & was thrown into a situation where I needed to promote & conduct his live webinar title "Case Analysis on Federal Court's decision ​​​​​​​on Apex Equity’s appeal case" in less than 3 days.

In a state of panic, I quickly self learnt Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Analysis.

End of Mar 2024 - It took us by surprise that we had 663 registrants in less than 3 days with only whatsapp and email marketing.

Philip's webinar completed smoothly under high pressure mode. It reignited my apprehension & fear about starting work.

Life is short & fragile.

I am grateful that I embraced & accepted hardship & pain and allow it to show me a path to be more humble, gentle, kind, loving and forgiving to all beings. (慈悲为怀，大爱精神)

I thank the divine for throwing me the opportunity to face various challenges that tested my commitment to genuinely & sincerely care for the society and rakyat.
